About me
Hello all! My name is Oda, and I am a Mexican-American, queer artist! I adore all things art, but I am first and foremost a character illustrator and a writer.My primary goals are publishing a novel and improving my art, but my ultimate goal is helping others through my work - whether it be creating something that puts a smile on someone's face, or inspiring someone to find their voice. I'd love to make that a reality!!In the less abstract, I am also a furry and adore all things weird! My fandoms are constantly switching, so feel free to ask what I'm into at the moment, but my all time favorite series is Arknights. I love post-rock!! Particularly shoegaze and vkei - but I am a sucker for japanese music, especially vocaloid.

By purchasing a commission from me, you have read and agree to all of the following conditions.All commissions are for personal use unless it was explicitly agreed upon by both parties (the client and I, the artist) before purchase that the commission ordered is for commercial use.I am allowed full rights to any artwork being produced, and thus can be allowed to be posted on social media unless requested not to. Any artwork made by me is completely unallowed to be used in AI generation or AI training. Any art made by me is allowed to be reposted on social media with credit. Any art made by me cannot be edited by any party unless discussed and agreed upon.Turnaround is anywhere between 2 weeks - 2 months. If the client wants the commission piece done by a specific date, this must be communicated before or directly after purchase. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if a due date was not discussed before purchase and was later pushed on me. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I do not feel as though I can complete it in the allotted time.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel as though I cannot fulfill the request adequately, or if the subjects fall under something I will not draw such as: NSFW, gore above a moderate level, violence, hateful messaging/hate targeted towards a certain group, fetish art, mecha, and muscular men (degree of musculature is dependent in this case; I cannot draw men who are super buff, but I can draw men with lower degrees of musculature. This can be discussed). A full refund will be issued in the case I refuse a commission and the money has already been sent.! I will draw suggestive media and some nudity. This must be discussed beforehand.I will gladly correct any mistakes and do any revisions the client wants. I will decline revisions when they stray too far from what was originally agreed upon and/or begin to become too nitpicky.I only accept payments via kofi or Paypal.I will gladly agree to a payment plan if the client wants to. Traditionally, I accept half upfront, and half before the finished commission piece is presented to the client, but other forms of payment plans can be discussed. Payment plans are only accepted through Paypal.Cancellations can be issued by the client before and during the artistic process. Issuing a cancellation, in this regard, means to inform me, the artist, that you no longer wish to continue with the commission ordered.
In the case of cancellation before a sketch was started, a full refund will be issued. In the case of a cancellation being issued during or after the sketching process, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. If cancellation is issued during the coloring process, 25% of the total payment will be refunded. A cancellation cannot be refunded during the rendering process. The client is not allowed to cancel the work 1 - 5 day/s before the work is to be finished and presented to the client.Donations made via kofi cannot be refunded.If you have not gotten into contact w/ me prior to reading these terms and still have any questions, please contact me on discord and/or telegram @tkethe6it3 or by email [email protected].
